how do you work that out ??? 1 more vote and his parole has been declined, then there is no way back for him.  as it stands there is only 2 more people to vote.

I don't know, will it not just be 3 days until he's paroled again? I do think he should be let out though, there's loads of people in there now isn't there anyway even if you do buy in to this tactic of filling the jail with innocents. Which, now i think about it all, is a stupid tactic. It won't matter how many innocents or anything are in there will it, because they'll just jailbreak whenever one of them goes in.

The prison day won't start until after this has been sorted either so nothing to report there. I'll feed back when it does start.

with 3 in there we have enough to kill any mafia that goes in there.... it's good that amadjin is there to explain our tactic to the others...   the next person we send in needs to be mafia, because chances are, they are going to kill them as soon as that person arrives...

with 3 in there... we outnumber 3-1 when we send in mafia.
if 1 mafia is in there with them.. then it's still 2-2 and nobody is killed..

if we let him out... we still outnumber them 2-1, but if 1 mafia is in there already hiding.. then it's 2-1 mafia and they have killed one innocent then that next day they cause a jailbreak and.. well... that's not good...

we don't need any more innocents in there.. but we don't need to let any out either..

like i've said before.. the next to go down.. needs to be mafia FOR SURE...

and it's the only tactic that may allow us to kill then quicker than they kill us... since out vigilante is only one guy.. and he is probably going to be guessing at who to kill... (hint hint... ray von chong)... but if we send a maf to prison, they get killed there, then our vigilante can kill which would 2 in one night..

and .. .if our vigilante is killed, that is the ONLY way we will be able to kill mafia... in prison..  out here, we can just send them to prison.. in there.. we can cut thier throats with a shard and give them to 'bubba' the large cellmate guy.. and he can have his way with them...  ew.. i take that back..

Quote from: Der Hammer
Its more satisfiying to work stuff out for yourself instead of being a sheep and just cheating which apparently has been going on.

So we have a cheat amongst us? I'd like to know how someone is cheating, becuase I can't think of a way, unless people are emailing in the day or emailing people they shouldn't? or what else?

As for this gravey business, who cares if he is left in or taken out? It doesn't really matter and shouldnt have taken this long for everyone to vote. I'm suspicious of the people who are going into great detail, over analysing the situation, possibly over compensating, trying to look VERY innocent.

I personally think leave him in, no great reason at all just no point in him coming here, nothing really to add. Billyman was the last visitor and gave us no info then died. Hippo's in there now and could get some info, lets just hope he doesn't get too much info as he may die.

I really don't understand how everyone can assume no one guilty is in prison! It was done on votes so its random, theres a good chance someone in there is nasty and it could be gravey or anyone, so stay safe and keep him in surely?

On a final note, I can't see Der Hammer setting up a game of Mafia with only 4 mafia members...and from reading I note that 1 of them is not even in contact with them. It would seem impossible for the mafia to win, so lets just keep voting and surely they are out numbered and we can win? But in thinking, its probably not that simple, i'd bet on another clan/mafia group/mercenaries/bounty hunters which are not on that list of hammer's, its happened before.  :whistle:

Don't suppose there's any chance of a deadline for these votes?

i know because we cant vote until they have voted for release or no release. Hammer sort this out mate. Its ridiculous. I aint waiting for them. Just take the votes as they are now and then we can sort out votes. at least we know neither of them are mafia. Because the mafia are active as shown by night 2. So they are here amongst us but we need to be careful

OK, I've made up my mind....

Vote: No Release seems like the best call... We need deaths in jail for information.

not quite true, the mafia could be one of them, they could be just reading the posts and not posting anything and then when its night time, just simply pm hammer with their requests.  this is why hagler is one of my main suspects along with ray von, evil sooty and steve van halen.  hagler normally post quite often,(normally jibberish :D)but in past games has posted quite alot.  maybe the mafia are trying to keep quite while the rest of us argue amongst are selves.

why exactly, i am quite positive there are no mafia in prison, so maybe you want to keep them all in there so that there is less innocents to kill outside and make it easier for yourselves. this makes you very suspicous indeed, and im just wondering what kind of info your looking to get from a death in prison ???

anyway that last vote puts a nail in graveys coffin :'(, at least now we can get the game rolling again

Right, filling the jail up with townies is stupid. There's 5 people in there: Currie, Gravey, Quig, Amadjin and Emilou. Of these i think 4 are definitely innocent now. I thought Quig might have been evil at one point, but the speed of the conviction after the initial batch of votes suggested we were wrong. Currie and Gravey i think have to be innocent too, or they'd have been broken out surely? Emilou, i don't know because she hasn't posted. And amadjin volunteered so i think he's got to be innocent.

How many more are the people who think it's a good tactic wanting in there?

i have said from the start its a bad tactic to keep townies in there, for all we know docter or a cop could be in there that could help us in are hour of need.  i think we have got to be very careful who we send in next, as the inmates hopefully will probably try and kill the next prisoner(please be mafia) i am torn between 2 men to vote, ray von and sooty.  just dont think i can trust either of them.

Darth was the cop...  he's dead...

however.. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... now we have them by the numbers in prison.. and it may end up that's the only way to kill the mafia if the vigilante gets killed...

so.. if the mafia kill the vigilante, then how can we kill mafia if we don't have them outnumbered in jail???

<chirp chirp>

<sounds of crickets chirpint>

<sounds of a pin hitting the floor>

...

and nothing.. you've got nothing there.. there would be NO way to kill them...   and they could kill and kill.. then when one goes to prison.. they jailbreak....  hello.. that's a certain loss don't you think??

it's a good backup plan... we are relying on the vigilante and our next conviction to kill mafia...
