How do you KNOW he's town? I don't. I don't know what any of you are. I have suspicions, yes, but it's very early to have completely decided that someone's not suspicious in the slightest. Unless you're a mason again (seems unlikely), have been talking about the game outside this thread (strictly forbidden).. or are mafia and know exactly what he is. Or.. maybe you're the cult this time?

I'm not trying to frame you. People shouldn't make assumptions in this game, they'll make you look stupid and guilty. Supposing you're innocent, just supposing, and axeman turns out to be an anti-town role (because after all, it's an assumption, not a definite), you've already guaranteed that it'll be you who gets lynched as a response to it, rather than whoever his colleagues actually were. I want the town to win, i don't want mistakes like that to cost us the game.

lynching me wouldnt be a major loss, but you would be a townie down at end of day 1. as always its your lots decision, and theres a good few votes yet before i'm lynched... but if i were you lot, i would just keep a note of who is instigating these moves...

A bit of a contradiction? 

I don't think there was any real need for Amadjin's post. "Stupidity ten fold in the last game" - correct me if i'm wrong, but was the last game not a resounding victory for the town? Your lynch was bad admittedly, but i think it was more down to inexperience at the game than anything. "A long hard look at yourselves" as well, for placing a speculative early vote? It's what axeman himself has been promoting vocally throughout this game. To top all that, Gravey joins in with a bit of axeman defense. Very strange that 2 townies with no idea of anyone elses role would feel so strongly that these votes were wrong. Especially when they weren't even real votes. It's almost like 2 people defending their leader or something.

so couldnt people say that hippo, Ray Von and Evil Weasel are working together to get me lynched?

Not much good its going to do, but My Vote is sticking on Ray Von, he is subtley influencing peoples votes...

Actually, i said making assumptions about anyone's innocence will make you look stupid; not lynching you will make you look stupid. I've hardly contradicted myself.

I don't really know whether you're town or not for certain , but that's the same view i have on everyone. Amadjin has assumed you're innocent, i find this suspicious. It makes me treat him as my prime suspect, but as i was the only solitary voter for him, it makes sense to vote for the person my theory has him working with as you had more voters and apparently more suspicion.

I've hardly been the main voice against you. I wouldn't have posted my thing about hagler wanting a needless bandwagon a few pages back if i was trying to get you lynched. The person i want lynched is the person i think has the most chance of being anti-town.

Any allegiances formed i'm obviously going to treat with suspicion - hence me speaking out about it.

But like i said, i dont know, because it's only early and i don't think you'd be very happy with your mafia (if you were in one) if they came out and defended you like amadjin did.

ive just read back throught the last 4 pages, and you are indeed a main voice wether you think you are or not, in trying to get me lynched. the amount of times you mentioned me and mafia in the same breath is a subtle way of putting things into peoples heads.

That quote did not say you weren't mafia. It asked how there was evidence that you are. Like i said, could be an innocent mistake - but i don't want to risk that.

And it's one thing taking on board what somebody else has said, it's another thing entirely for someone to come out and tell people, 3 people (that's all, hardly a collection of votes worth acknowledging), that they should take a look at themselves for voting for you. I find that a bit strange.

Yes, it's not your fault that he said these things. Maybe he's the one setting you up? It'd be a clever tactic.

But like i said, you're the one between the two of you with most votes. Thats why i've voted for you.

i think you may be innocent and just caught up in it all, but you need to take a look at different perspectives, your blinkered by just concentrating on me.

for example...

Billyman... has voted for me, his posts are few and far between, look suspicous, and generally looks pissed... he has declared his name is lenny... if he's mafia then who would be his partners? pissed... moes tavern... Moe and Barney Gumble perhaps? Amadjin has Barney as his avatar...

maybe Amadjin is trying to set me up, and all we would need to do is find moe?
