City v Kiev - Champions League
« on: February 24, 2016, 11:14:31 PM »
Impressed tonight. 3-1 away from home with minimal support.

I was worried when I saw toure in the side but then again, who else is available?  I find myself thinking that we can never get rid of Kompany. We were a completely different team today.   Maybe it was because Kiev offered little and played slowly, but I like to think that maybe we are turning the corner and we will be on a good vein of form through the end of the season.

So now, we wait for the media to applaud pellegrini for resting his team during the FA Cup clash with Chelsea.   .....  Waiting...   Still waiting.....  Lol.

tbh i thought we were shit. Against a team that hadnt played competitively for 2 months, who only have 14 teams in there league...

yes, the 3rd goal was great, shit loads of passes and finished with aplomb from a player who had not been in the game at all.

But i thought we fell into same old, thinking it was won then take the foot off the gas to let the opposition get a foothold.
If we play like that against liverpool on sunday we will get beat.
