Honestly, not looking forward to this one.. they're faster than leicester and if we start a similar side to the one pellers picked last weekend, I fear the worst..
-
Me too, Silva is out anyway apparently, Just hoping Yaya is benched, and hope that Kolorov and Demmi are not even on the coach down lol
-
it's Spurs .. they ain't no Leicester .. 4-1 City

Surely pellers can see that 15-20 minutes of yaya is enough.. bring him on late as an impact sub.. he's just not the same player he was..
Pep will surely be watching.. maybe the players will want to impress their new manager.. or maybe they'll just jog about as if the game was already won.. :/

Navas Hattrick??? PMSL

lol they are a more confident and fluent side than leicester, that actually try to play football.
Ok, 4-1 at white hart lane, 3 of them goals were offside etc, but the fact remains, we were still shit that day.
High tempo teams we struggle with...
like i said, if Yaya and Demmi start, we have lost before its began.

felt we were stitched up a bit yesterday..

yeah. Clattenburk has really enjoyed gifting Spurs 4 goals against us this season. :(
I thought we were poor up until the penalty. a game neither side wanted to lose and you could tell in the play.
After the pen, we finally starting seeing some passion and urgency... lets hope that carrys on for the next few games...
Glad Kelechi scored again. lol
Although why on earth did Cliche come off for Kolorov? I thought the defence was looking solid for a change until kolorov came on, and i guess Yaya was at fault for the spurs winner?
We have not beaten a top 6 team all season, and without doing so, it is highly unlikely you will win the league.

A few were at fault for the winner..
yaya for beign silly with possession..
kolorov for not getting back quickly enough
otamendi for a poor tactical decision to close the ball down when he had a open player behind him..
honestly, I'd rather take our chances with a 20 yard shot with joe in the net..
looking at replays.. clattenburg wasn't even looking at sterling when the ball hit his back.. so there's no way he could have known if it was in the box or if it was actually a handball.. he just took his opportunity to put one in...

lol Since i'm a season ticket holder I go, otherwise there wouldnt be a point in being a season ticket holder... but last few seasons i have not enjoyed it, I feel something has been lacking in the team.
The writing has been on the wall for the squad in general, it really does need an overhaul with a fresh direction on things.
